About this Event
Voice of the Rose is a journey to free the authentic voice and find the bliss of your own unique medicine/soul vibration in a supportive circle of sisterhood. Working with the spirit of the Rose, somatic visualisation, holistic voice practices and sound healing to soften into our bodies and expand our experience of sound in our body. Find healing, deep connection to self in sacred presence of sisterhood.
The retreat day is held in a beautiful cosy yurt with a stove in very peaceful countryside outside Lewes, Sussex and is capped at 7 to keep an intimate space. We have access to the house for amenities.
An outline of the day will be:
10.45 arrive and settle in
11am sharing intentions
11.30 Rose sound healing- meeting the spirit of the Rose
12.30 lunch to share- A hearty soup will be made and bring something to share
1.15pm Voice activation
2.15 Sound ceremony
3.15 sharing
3.45 harmony songs and celebration

About Seren Rose
Inspired by her childhood experiences of natural voice choirs and different spiritual traditions and music such as kirtan/bhajans, sufi sema, taize and UK goddess traditions, Seren has led various workshops over 12 years and performed kirtan, sufi music and over the last 4 years released her self produced album. She has performed for many festivals and events her original songs and sound healing journeys. She does 1 to 1 Sacred Voicework and her 3rd Voice of the Rose online 3 month immersion course will begin Nov 2nd.
