This workshop is suitable for beginners and for Yoga Teachers who wish to bring additional therapeutic tools into their classes.
🧘♀️About Innie:
Innie’s path into Sound Healing began in Bali, where she first experienced the transformative effects of vibration during a personal retreat. The profound stillness that followed each sound awakened her to the power of sound not just as a sensation, but as a tool for deep listening and inner connection.
In 2023, she completed a certified Sound Healing training focused on the therapeutic use of Tibetan Singing Bowls. Through this training, she learned to work with two essential qualities of sound, vibration, and silence. The resonance of the bowls guides participants into a meditative state, while the pauses invite them to listen inward, reconnecting with their breath and the quiet wisdom within.
Her work with sound also honors the throat chakra, the center of truth and expression. By attuning to both sound and stillness, participants often find greater clarity in their inner voice and a release of energetic blockages that can limit self-expression.
With a background in Reiki, Aura Reading, and emotional release bodywork, Innie weaves sound healing into a holistic practice. Since completing her training, she has facilitated private sessions, group ceremonies, and workshops, creating spaces where vibration, presence, and care meet.
Her sound journeys are not just about relaxation, but about awakening, a reminder to listen, express, and realign with what already lives within.
