During this workshop, we will sing, explore with our voices and the instruments I will bring, and immerse ourselves in the joy of singing intuitively and spontaneously.
The voice reflects what is open or closed within us, and this is why delving into its exploration can unlock levels of inner freedom in our singing, communication, relationships with others, and the expression of our talents and gifts.
I will guide you into this understanding, and together we will open inner doors to your authentic self through your singing voice.
Come discover how your voice can be a powerful tool for personal expression, emotional regulation, and connecting to your inner silence and creativity.
Whether you are a beginner or already a singer, this space will help you (re)connect with your voice freely and spontaneously and liberate your personal expression and heartfelt communication through various simple and playful vocal exercises.
This space is for anyone curious to discover the natural, spontaneous voice within and to let it resonate freely and fully.
It's a space to feel, sing, and resonate in unison, with gentleness, kindness, and respect for our hearts, our personal rhythms, and our inner needs, in order to organically reveal our inner voice, which is just waiting to be expressed.

ABOUT VIRGINIE
I am a musician, singer, yoga teacher, doula, certified life coach, and certified in meditative singing for women and pregnant women. I compose music to unleash the love within each of us, and I guide sacred spaces of vocal freedom to liberate our natural voice and reveal our communication from the heart. A break will be offered midway through for tea and conversation. We will also have time to chat after the workshop over tea for those who wish to continue the conversation.

Au cours de cet atelier nous chantons, nous explorons avec nos voix et les instruments que j'aurai apporté, et nous plongeons dans la joie de chanter intuitivement et spontanément.
La voix est le reflet de ce qui est ouvert ou fermé en soi, et c’est en cela que plonger dans son exploration peut venir débloquer des paliers de liberté intérieure dans notre chant, communication, relation à l’autre et expression de nos talents et dons.
Je t’emmène dans cette compréhension et nous ouvrons des portes intérieures vers ton être authentique à travers ta voix chantée.
Viens découvrir comment ta voix peut être un puissant outil d'expression personnelle, de régulation émotionnelle, et de connexion à ton silence intérieur et à ta créativité.
Que tu sois novice ou déjà chanteur, cet espace t'aidera à te (re)connecter à ta voix librement et spontanément et à libérer ton expression personnelle et ta communication avec le cœur grâce à diverses pratiques vocales simples et ludiques.
Cet espace s'adresse à toute personne curieuse de découvrir la voix naturelle et spontanée qui sommeille en elle et de la faire vibrer librement et pleinement.
C'est un espace pour ressentir, chanter et vibrer à l'unisson, avec douceur, bienveillance et respect de notre cœur, de notre rythme personnel et de nos besoins intérieurs, afin de révéler de manière organique notre voix intérieure qui ne demande qu'à s'exprimer.

Je suis musicienne, chanteuse, professeure de yoga, doula, coach de vie certifiée et certifiée en chant méditatif pour les femmes et les femmes enceintes. Je compose de la musique pour libérer l'amour qui habite chacun et je guide des espaces sacrés de liberté vocale pour libérer notre voix naturelle et révéler notre communication depuis le coeur. Une pause sera proposée à mi-parcours pour une pause thé et un moment d'échange. Nous aurons également l'occasion de discuter autour d'un thé après l'atelier pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent poursuivre la conversation.
NFORMATIONS PRATIQUES
- Apportez une bouteille d'eau et une tenue confortable.
- Veuillez arriver 10 à 15 minutes avant le début de l'atelier afin que nous puissions commencer ensemble.
- Des places de stationnement sont disponibles devant le bâtiment, le long de la rue.
