Join Laura Landsberg for a dynamic 2-hour workshop where she will share her fresh and inspiring perspective on functional voice and breathing coordination. Participants can expect to leave with a clearer understanding of how the voice and breathing mechanism function, along with practical tools to experience singing with greater efficiency, freedom, and ease. Open to all levels, ages 16 and up.Laura Landsberg has been performing and recording her unique blend of Jazz, Gospel, and R&B throughout the Pacific Northwest and internationally for over 45 years. Her teaching career spans several decades and includes work in her private studio as well as her role as voice faculty in the Selkirk College Contemporary Music Program, from which she retired in 2023. Over the past 20 years, Laura has devoted herself to the study of functional voice science. She is a certified Somatic Voicework™ – The LoVetri Method instructor, a senior member of the Evolve Vocal Coach Program for advanced voice teachers, and recently became Canada’s first certified MDH Breathing Coordination practitioner. Throughout her career, Laura has guided thousands of singers and musicians toward greater vocal freedom and performance potential.
