Vocal Soundbath & Guided Rest (Yoga Nidra)

Step into the renewing energy of spring with Sanskrit chants, crystal sound bowls, and guided meditation. This immersive sound journey invites you to clear out lingering winter heaviness and make space for lightness, growth, and new beginnings.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:05 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.

Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the sound bath (pillows, etc). We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
