About this Event

Theme of The Month Vocal Sound Bath

Whether you have experienced a sound bath of any kind or not, this is accessible for all.
Our intention for this session is to reflect and embody the energy that will keep you feeling warmth in your heart as you move in to 2026 – without the pressure of resolutions or change in this moment when nature is still in deep hibernation
What makes a Vocal Sound Bath different? You may have attended, or heard of, sound baths with gongs, bowls or other instruments - I love instruments for sounding, but there is nothing like the voice.
With instruments you usually lie down and receive the sound waves that the practitioner is creating and your body and brain respond or react to the sounds provided. It works from the outside-in.
In a vocal sound bath the session works from the inside-out. The most powerful vibrations are created by your own voice.
Panic not! Sounding is NOT singing .. there is no right or wrong note. I guide you through breath and humming into sound.

I will guide you through every step of the way.
We will start by intention setting followed by breathing into your body, then we will open into a gentle hum, followed by the sound of each of the chakra energies before I guide you into an open sounding focused on the energy of keeping your heart and hearth warm.
This is where you let the sounds and vibration of your voice explore the intention of gentleness and warmth as you create a powerful shift, physically, mentally, energetically, emotionally & spiritually.

At the end of the sounding session we sit in the silence of the 'Sonic Pool' (the vibration and energy of sound that resonates in the silence) and allow any inspiration, awareness or release.
At this point we also include time for anything you may wish to journal and supported shares, you’ll leave the session feeling rested and ready to move gently into 2026.
