Sarah Guingon is a passionate trauma-informed yoga teacher, specializing in sound. Born and raised in the Philippines, Sarah carries with her a deep reverence for her roots, grounding her practice with the wisdom and traditions of her culture.
Her mission is to help you tend to your vessel through the practice of movement and meditation.
