What
Vocal Organicity is an invitation into free-flow vocal expression where whistles, tones, hums, chants, harmonies, hisses, booms, wails, made-up melodies, and self-created sounds are all welcome. Intention is our driving force that moves us.
The session will start off with guided vocal warm ups
THEME: REBIRTH & RENEWAL
Together we will:
🌿 Explore different vocal textures and techniques
🌿 Expand vocal range, presence, and ease
🌿 Build confidence in self-expression
🌿 Experiment with characters, tones, and playful sound
🌿 Co-create sound mandalas and vocal soundscapes
💗 Liberate the voice and body through sound
💗 Move at your own pace in a supportive space
💗 Let go of sheet music, lyrics, and performance pressure
This is a space to rediscover the organic intelligence of your voice beyond song, beyond structure, beyond expectation.
No singing or musical experience is required.
Just curiosity, willingness, and an open heart.

It signifies a holistic, interconnected structure rather than a mechanistic one - where growth, healing, and change occur from within rather than being forced by external forces
