Drop-offs will be accepted during normal store hours starting on Thursday 01/29, with the event itself running from Friday 01/30 through Sunday 02/01. Consignments will still be accepted during the event, with pickup of unsold games expected late on Sunday (See rule #5)Come on down with the games you’d like to part with! Make a few shelf spaces at home and build up some store credit to pick up some new ones!

Rules:
1) You can leave your games with us as long as they are properly marked with:
-Your First and Last Name
-Asking Price
2) Due to the popularity of this event we will have a reduced area of open tables for play, as some will be reserved specifically for the games available for purchase.
3) All sales are handled by Voss Media Staff by adding store credit to your account or providing a gift card that you can use on anything in the store at any time. If you leave your number at the counter trades are possible at no fee.
4) Voss Media is not responsible for making sure the games you pick up from other participants are complete. Please ensure all pieces are present before purchase.
5) Unsold games left with Voss Media Staff must be retrieved by 5:00 pm Sunday, February 1st, or they will be considered donations to the game library.

How it works:
1) Table space is limited, this event is open to the public however playing table space is reserved for all members. We will have a consignment sheet for you to list and label your games with the price, and the first and last name of the owner and drop them off at the front counter to be added to our drop-off tables.
2) All sales will be made through Voss Media Board Game Cafe and the seller will receive Voss Media in-store credit and not cash for any cash/credit transactions.
Example: Roy has Clank! and Mike wants to buy Clank! from Roy. Roy has Clank! priced at $15 dollars, Mike will give Voss Media $15 dollars cash or card, and Voss Media will add $15 dollars to Roy's account or set aside a gift card for Roy valued at that $15 dollars.
3) It is not Voss Media's responsibility to ensure all the pieces are included. Please only bring full copies of games to trade or sell and ensure all pieces are there before you purchase/swap.
4) Prices will be set by the seller and not negotiated with Voss Media staff if the seller is not present, unless prior authorization is agreed with staff within specified set boundaries.
5) Trading/swapping is allowed (and in fact encouraged), however, both parties needs to be present and fully agree to the deal.
6) You do not have to stay for the full event. You can drop off products by registering at the front of the store and your product will be joined with our drop-off section of the store. However please ensure you have labeled everything properly to receive credit.
7) Voss Media Board Game Cafe is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced games. Also, we are not responsible for missing or damaged game components.
8 ) Items left behind after 5:00 pm on February 1st will become the property of Voss Media Board Game Cafe and be considered donated titles to our library of games unless prior arrangements are agreed for next-day pick up. However, after that, they will be added to our collection and shown the love they deserve. 😎
This event is free to everyone however our main play area with tables will remain open for normal business. None of our playable libraries will be available for purchase and will only be allowed to be played in the main play area for our normal member day price during this event to remove any confusion.
