Running nightly from 6-11pm and free to enter, this lively hub blends demonstrations, tastings, talks and live music, creating a space for connection through food, culture and storytelling. From fire-cooking sessions with chefs like Mark Best, Annita Potter and Ben Devlin, to engaging conversations on the Food for Thought stage and pop-up experiences including NSW wine tastings, it’s a dynamic, come-as-you-are experience designed to be revisited night after night.
