We are thrilled to return to one of our very fabourite venues, the eclectic and wonderful Folklore Hoxton to introduce artists and bands who may be based in the UK but have learned their craft and are influenced by their native countries. For our first Viva Europa! we are represented by ESTONIA, FRANCE and POLAND with a wonderfully eclectic lineup.ZAVA aka Natalja Zaugarova is a new soul-pop artist from Estonia, currently based in London.who perform a wonderful mix of soul, jazz and standards in their own special way. With speical guest Polish jazz/folk artist
French artist and finalist in The Voice FRANCE, IRIS writes songs that blend cinematic, soul and pop influences, including Billy Eilish, Yebba and Ben Platt. With a deep and powerful voice, her songs talk about the beauty of sharing and connecting.
MARTA VALADON is a free spirit who began her career traveling all across Europe in her van, making the street her first and foremost stage. She has since settled in London, where she has woven herself into the fabric of its roots music scene. Marta obtained a master’s degree in performing arts from the Academy of Music in Poznan, Poland, but has evolved to adopt a unique Mediterranean and Eastern European jazz style, blended with poignant and emotive lyrics. Her debut album “Queen of Shadows”was released in March 2025.
