Let's dance at VIU! This is a student-focused event that is part of Beats beyond Borders, an on-campus global electronic music festival. Alumni and friends of Collective Groove are also welcome to participate. The objective of Beats beyond Borders is to build community and celebrate our diverse student population through electronic music and dance from around the world.
Dress for the weather and wear appropriate (comfortable footwear with decent grip), bring a water bottle and anything else you might need to be comfortable.
Meet in Malaspina Theatre lobby between 5:00pm and 5:20 to pick up wireless headset
Make sure to return headsets to Malaspina Theatre lobby upon leaving event. We will be dancing on many safe surfaces throughout the campus however we ask that you be cautious of slip or fall hazards and respect guidance of event hosts.
$6 advance / $10 at door.
