During this event you will get an introduction to Vitametik, its origins and my own story of how Vitametik I found out about Vitametik.
About this Event

The first part of this event is a 30 min presentation on Vitametik, a neuromuscular relaxation technique, focusing on vagus nerve activation. We will also talk about its origins and my personal experience with Vitametik.

During second part you will be able to experience Vitametik on yourself. please bring a yoga mat and a little pillow if desired. it will take about 30 min for the Vitametik treatment. When booking a ticket you will be assigned a slot, it will be no later than 8.50pm.
