Sacral Chakra - Tea, Breathwork, Restorative Yoga, & Reiki
This immersive experience is part of an ongoing Energy Awakening Series, where we gather monthly to explore and embody one energy center at a time—moving upward through the chakra system and deepening our connection to the body’s innate wisdom.
This session is designed to support and balance the Sacral Chakra, the energy center connected to creativity, emotions, pleasure, and fluid movement in the body.
The first half of class is educational and informative. You’ll learn:
1.)What the sacral chakra is and how it influences the physical body, emotions, and energy system
2.)The specific herbs used in the tea and why they support sacral chakra balance
3.)The breathwork practices we’ll use and how these breathing techniques help regulate and activate sacral energy
The second half of class is experiential and restorative. You’ll be guided through:
1.) A nourishing tea ceremony
2.) Sacral-focused breathwork
3.) Restorative yoga postures to release tension and invite flow
4.) Reiki healing to support energetic balance and integration
This class offers a holistic experience that supports the physical body, subtle body, mind, and soul—creating space for softness, emotional flow, creativity, and deep restoration.
You’ll leave with:
1.) Practical knowledge and embodied tools you can return to anytime you feel called to revisit or rebalance this energy center
2.) Tea samples to continue the ritual and integration at home
3.) A corresponding crystal to support ongoing sacral chakra awareness and healing
Each month, we will continue the journey by moving into the next chakra, allowing the work to build gently and organically over time. You are welcome to join for a single session or experience the full series as a continuous path of healing and awakening.

Intuitive Energy Guide | Reiki Master Teacher | Yoga Instructor | Breathwork Facilitator Sydney is devoted to awakening the light within others. Through the healing arts of reiki, yoga, breathwork, crystal therapy, etc. she creates spaces where the body softens, the heart opens, and the spirit remembers its wholeness. Guided by her intuitive gifts of “the clairs”, Sydney weaves together practices that honor both the subtle and physical bodies. Her sessions and classes are designed to create space for restoration, energetic balance, and authentic connection. Sydney’s mission is to hold compassionate space where others can reconnect with their truth and return home to their inner essence- grounded, radiant, and free.

Yoga Instructor | Sacred Gardener | Herbalist Bri is passionate about guiding others back to their roots, both within themselves and in harmony with the earth. Through yoga, herbal medicine, breathwork, and intuitive energy practices, she holds space for grounding, reflection, and renewal. Deeply connected to the cycles of nature and the healing power of plants, Bri's teachings invite stillness and presence as pathways to inner balance. She encourages slowing down, reconnecting with your body's wisdom, and realigning with your natural rhythm - steady, rooted, and whole.
