Rejoins-nous pour une matinée bien-être version Noël : du mouvement, de la communauté, et un brunch qui rassemble… le tout en rouge et vert ! 🎅💚
On arrive, on jase un peu, puis on part pour un 5K convivial dans le Mile End, accessible à tous les niveaux.
De retour chez VITAE, on enchaîne avec 20 minutes de yoga pour apaiser le corps, relâcher l’esprit et prolonger les bonnes vibes.
Et pour finir en beauté : un Big Brunch VITAE spécial Noël, préparé pour l’événement !
Que tu sois coureur·se débutant·e, yogi du dimanche ou foodie assumé·e, cette édition de Noël est pour toi : énergie, plaisir et zéro pression.

Join us for a holiday-themed, feel-good morning filled with movement, community vibes, and a festive brunch — all in red and green! ❤️💚
We’ll meet up, chat a bit, then head out for a friendly 5K run through the Mile End, open to all levels.
Once we’re back at VITAE, we’ll slow things down with 20 minutes of guided yoga to reset the body and calm the mind.
To wrap it up: a Big Xmas Brunch by VITAE, created specially for the event.
