During this two-hour session, we’ll walk through everything you need to know for a successful season—program updates, site logistics, new policies, and essential technology tools (including secure logins, TaxSlayer access, and password management).

You’ll also meet our team, connect with fellow volunteers, and get answers to your questions before the season officially begins. Whether you’re greeting clients, preparing returns, or providing quality review, this training will ensure you’re confident and ready to make an impact.

Attendance is required for all volunteers participating in the upcoming tax season.
