+ This is a laying-down experience on a yoga mat (bring a pillow/blanket if you'd like!)

+ This is a headphone experience, and I will provide the headphones but your fully charged mobile device will be needed to connect the Bluetooth headphones.

+ This hypnosis session uses sound frequencies through binaural beats to access different brainwave states. These are the brainwave states you go in and out of all throughout your day, like when you're relaxing, daydreaming, zoning out, or falling asleep - we are simply accessing them on purpose!

+ If you don't want to be in the hypnotic state anymore, just simply open your eyes that's how simple it is! In hypnosis, you are fully conscious and in control the entire time!

+ Simply show, relax, and enjoy this very intimate experience.

This is a beautiful and intimate experience that I hope everyone can get a chance to try at least once in their life. Some people use it purely to visit their lost loved ones, while others are just seeking guidance from above, and others do it for their own spiritual development to access to higher states of consciousness.
