About this Event
Come and enjoy a weekend retreat cultivated and choreographed by experts in healing and personal growth. This Visioning® themed weekend will utilize techniques created by bestselling author and Art Therapist Lucia Capacchione PhD ATR REAT; facilitated by Ashley Smith MS LMFT RYT200, an expert in healing trauma and a master in facilitating new beginnings.
This weekend has been created for you to honor the beauty in your life as you relax and play in Sedona. You will enjoy a light, allergy-friendly breakfast with an option to attend yoga each morning. All the programming throughout the weekend will be based on Lucia‘s Recovery of Your Inner Child and Visioning®. We will create a vision collage on Saturday and all subsequent programming and activities will create opportunities to participate in Lucia’s Visioning exercises. This work is fun, playful and engaging, and results oriented and offers the potential for positive life change in a short amount of time.

This three day retreat is more than just a self-care experience, this is for anyone looking to explore deeper before making new life changes, anybody feeling lost or stuck on a spiritual/creative path, or for anyone who wants to make the next phase of life a chance to live more deeply from their heart’s desire. Also an exciting opportunity for counselors and professionals to experience Expressive Therapies & Lucia's techniques in action.
This retreat is therapeutic in nature but does not serve as a replacement for therapy. Participants may consider starting or maintaining a therapeutic relationship with a trusted professional to facilitate further growth along with this retreat, this experience is a great compliment to your current therapy as well.
