Workshop is held in English [your facilitator speaks romanian but this is her second language]

If you want to find more balance in your daily life this is a great process to help you put things in perspective and make the changes you want to see in your life.

From Hegel to Focault we'll explore how to reconcile the contradictions that can arise from allowing ourselves to live fully and creating the life we want. Don't worry I won't bore you to tears with a long lecture 😁 We'll take a look at the inner critic 👹 and self-surveillance and the impact it has on our choices. We'll get a little serious and we'll get hella creative!! We'll delve into the subconscious with some creative exercises. Then we'll get practical with a plan and again creative with collage making as we envision our future.

Saturday 9 November 10:00 until 13:30 maximum 12 participants - 6 spaces left as of 12 oct

Supplies

The majority of the supplies you will need for this workshop's creative exercises are included (boards for your vision board glue papers pens markers paint etc.). However it is highly recommended for you to bring any old magazines or images that you may want to include on your vision boards. There will be some resources with images to choose from but you may have magazines that reflect your personal interests or you may have an interest that isn't mainstream; so bring them or you can even print some images from the internet to cut out and include on your board.

3.5 hours - workshop schedule

• Introductions Tea/Coffee and light breakfast - 15 minutes
• Presentation - 20 minutes
• Questions.Discussion - 20 minutes
• Creative Exercise One - 30 minutes
• Discussion - 15 minutes
• Creative Exercise Two - 30 minutes
• Dance Party/Snacks - 20 minutes
• Structured Planning - 45 minutes
• Vision Boarding - 45 minutes

Costs

ONE SEAT

Early Bird pricing register by 27 October cost for one seat is approximately 150 RON and includes supplies one seat and snacks too :-) TVA is in this price - you will see it listed separately when you check out something like 28US+19% = $33US

After the 27th the price is the regular workshop price of 211 RON including TVA = 39.50+19%=47US

About me - your facilitator

I'm Amy Adams and I mostly live a yogic life (feel free to send me a DM with any questions). I am a registered yoga teacher have a master of fine arts degree in painting and have worked in broadcasting (ABC Network News docs special events) publishing (Simon & Schuster) and textiles (technical and design jobs). I have been an entrepreneur for 20+ years. Since 2017 my work is focused on creating tools to use for personal development - books msc magazine podcasts yoga classes and workshops.
