Join Kezziah McDaniel, EdD, LPC- S and Lauren Packer, LPC as they guide this incredible workshop to discuss the following objectives:

1. Review 5 goal setting strategies
2. Create virtual and tangible vision boards to clarify personal goals
3. Discuss at least 3 ethical considerations relevant to establishing and maintaining boundaries and practicing self-care
