Vision Kids: Clay Garden PM (VIRTUAL)

THIS CLASS IS VIRTUAL

From artists like Claude Monet to Georgia O’Keefe flowers have been used as a theme for art throughout history. Students will create garden elements like flowers, bugs, and veggies from air-dry clay and connect them to a colorful drawn backdrop. This class is virtual and will be held on Zoom. Led by Christy Puetz. For ages 6-16.

Format

This class will take place online via Zoom. Please plan to join promptly by the class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to the class.

Materials

When you register you will have the option to reserve a materials kit for you to pick up or to provide your own materials. The materials you will need for this class are:

• Oil pastels, crayons or color pencils
• Model magic air dry clay in primary colors and white
• Clay color mixing printout
• Approx. 8"x10" piece of cardboard or cardstock paper
• Toothpicks or popsicle sticks
• White glue
