About this Event
Join Monk Parrots Performance (NYC) for a rare and intimate evening honoring the visionary work of Robert Wilson.
MPP-NYC's Artistic Director Luke Landric and special guests (TBA) will gather for a one-night-only conversation about Robert Wilson; the legendary director and visual artist whose radical experiments transformed the landscape of contemporary performance.
This special event about art, process, and influence will also feature a first glimpse of Landric’s new image-based, music-driven play, the ATOMIC war: a cloud is best measured when it is up—a bold new work inspired by the spirit of Wilson’s early epic, the CIVIL warS: a tree is best measured when it is down.
