A vision board (also called a dream board) is a collage of images, pictures, and affirmations that represent your dreams, goals, and desires. It's a visual representation or roadmap of how you envision your best life.
Looking to gain clarity, awareness, and define your goals for 2025 and beyond? Change begins with awareness. This workshop will allow you to do a little exploration and map to manifesting what you want to see happen in 2025 and beyond. You may be familiar with The Secret or Law of Attraction. It all begins with creating your vision.
During our time together, Eva will share a little more about being present and tips for embracing change. Whether it is getting healthier, finding more connections or love, new work and purpose, or all the above, this is an opportunity to provide you with the inspiration and ENERGY you need to begin.
What to bring? If you have pictures, quotes, or mementos that are speaking to you. Old magazines to share. Bring a friend too. Friends help with accountability and support you need to make it happen. Most of all bring yourself OPEN to ALL the POSSIBILITIES. This is time to spend on SELF. RESULT? You will walk away with a vision and some tips on designing your life and tips to help move forward. Small Steps and Small Choices = Big Change.
*Poster board, magazines, stickers, scissors and glue will be provided.
