This relaxed and inspiring vision boarding workshop, hosted by Intent Coach Alex Beaumont, is designed to help you gain clarity, set meaningful intentions and create a visual reminder of the direction you want your life to take.
Vision boarding is more than cutting pictures from magazines. When done intentionally, it can help focus your attention, strengthen motivation and align your everyday choices with what matters most to you.
During this two-hour workshop we will explore:
• Why vision boards work (including the neuroscience behind them)
• How intention shapes our focus and behaviour
• Gentle coaching prompts to help you clarify what you want more of in your life
• Creating your own personal vision board to take home
The evening will be a calm, welcoming space — part creativity, part reflection and part conversation.
No artistic skill required. Just curiosity and an open mind.
