Using guided reflection, intention-setting, and hands-on collage, you’ll create a vision board that reflects your goals, values, and the direction you want to move in. All materials are included.

About Chelsea
Chelsea Gibson is the founder of Wild Rose Wellness, a holistic wellness practice rooted in over 13 years of experience. She is a Certified Life Coach and Grand Master Reiki Practitioner with training in trauma-informed care and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy through Rhodes Wellness College and the University of Toronto.
