Join Ericka, Founder of Elevate + Evolve Wellness for a relaxed, creative Vision Board Workshop designed to help you slow down, gain clarity, and intentionally envision what’s next.
We’ll begin with simple grounding and intention-setting practices to help clear mental space, followed by a guided vision board process using creative prompts and intuitive exploration. This workshop is welcoming, low-pressure, and perfect for first-time attendees.
