About this Event
Celebrate a new year with this creative workshop where you can make a visual representation of your goals and aspirations. Whether you want to make big, or small, changes in your career or business, relationships, health and wellbeing, home environment or anything else, then making a vision board can help you focus on your goals and intentions.
Once you've signed up for the workshop you will receive some journalling prompts and questions to help you develop your vision, ready for the session.
During the session we will clarify our goals/intentions and you will learn about different kinds of vision boards (so that you can choose the right one for you). Plus you will discover how your vision board will help you stay focussed and achieve your goals.
Materials will be provided including backing paper, magazines, scissors and glue.
The workshop will be facilitated by Karen Bentley-Brown, Future Fixers Director. Karen is passionate about helping people to find their purpose and create a life they love.
Hot drinks and delicious cake will be included.
