From Release to Rebirth is a two-part transfomational experience designed to help you close 2025 with intention and step into 2026 with clarity. You can join a single workshop or attend both for a deeper, and more wholesome journey.
Together, both workshops help you:

- Find images, words, and colors that represent your goals
- Choose your 2026 “word of the year”
- Close with a visualization meditation to anchor it all
