From Release to Rebirth is a two-part transfomational experience designed to help you close 2025 with intention and step into 2026 with clarity. You can join a single workshop or attend both for a deeper, and more wholesome journey.

Together, both workshops will guide you through:

✨ Understanding your patterns, fears, and blocks

✨ Reflecting on your year with compassion

✨ Choosing new, aligned intentions for 2026

✨ Creating a vision for the year you truly want to live

In this first part of the workshop:

A soft, introspective workshop where we will:

• Revisit your 12 intentions from 2025
• Honor what you accomplished
• Notice the dreams you didn’t begin
• Identify the fears, patterns, and beliefs that held you back
• Release them in a symbolic way.

This workshop is perfect if you want to:

• start 2026 lighter and clearer
