Start turning your visions and dreams into reality!
Boss up and Brunch with us! This will be a great event for you to be inspired, brainstorm and network. You will meet other amazing individuals from different walks of life who are also seeking self achievement and fulfillment throughout 2022.
Please join us to create your first, or perhaps update your current, vision board for 2022! A vision board, at its core, is a visual representation of all the things that you want to do, be, and have in your life. Our goal in this workshop is to create a daily visual reminder to carry us through the year. We'll flip through print material for images and quotes that embody the future that you desire for yourself. We will work on our own boards in real-time, while brunching and networking.
Why? It turns out putting your goals on paper in a visual format can actually help you achieve them. According to Psychology Today, mental practices (like visualization) can increase motivation, confidence, and even motor performance. Vividly describing your goals in written form is strongly associated with goal success, and people who very vividly describe or picture their goals are anywhere from 1.2 to 1.4 times more likely to successfully accomplish their goals than people who don’t. That’s a pretty big difference in goal achievement just from writing your goals on a piece of paper.
Who? Anyone who wants to set and crush their biggest and smallest goals for 2022
When? Sunday, January 30th from 11am - 2pm
We will provide all of the supplies to create your vision board but feel free to bring any items you may want to add to your board or contribute.
Brunch will be included with your ticket .
