This isn’t a “craft night” or vision board party — it’s a guided, therapeutic art experience focused on reflection, intention, and soulful renewal.

Through guided meditation and intentional collage, you’ll explore key areas of your life — relationships, work, health, creativity, and spirit — and clarify where your energy is ready to grow.

Your finished vision board becomes a personal map for the year ahead — a visual reminder of your intentions and inner direction.

Like planting seeds for the year to come, this workshop helps you cultivate clarity, peace, and purpose as you move into a new cycle.
