About this Event
This is an invitation to slow down and intentionally connect with the remainder of the year ahead.
You’ll be guided through a reflective visioning process to clarify what you want to cultivate with the next 6 months in 2026, followed by creative time to bring that vision to life.
After visioning, you’ll be led into a deeply grounding sound healing journey designed to calm the nervous system and support integration.
As you rest, the sounds help your intentions settle beyond the mind and into the body, creating a sense of clarity, ease, and embodiment.
This experience offers a supportive space to reset, reconnect, and move forward with intention. Feeling anchored in what truly matters to you.

Art Supplies (markers, crayons, scizzors, glue, conscturction paper, tape, stickers)
Please BRING:
Blanket/or pillow to lay confortably during the sound bath (chairs will also be available)
Any additional art supplies or pictures you would like to use for your vision board
