A curated evening created for women who are ready to pause, reset and reconnect with themselves.
In a calm, premium environment at Luca Amsterdam, we guide you through a blend of gentle movement, heat, cold and intentional reflection.
This experience is designed to bring you back into your body, clear your mind, and give you the space to create a focused vision for the months ahead.
Throughout the session you are guided step-by-step by warm, professional hosts.
You will work on nervous system calm, mental clarity and creative expression all in a safe, women-only setting.
Your self-care wellbeing investment includes:
- 1-hour sauna session (with swimwear)
- Guided ice bath experience
- Visionboard workshop (all materials included)
- Self-care gift bag
- Warm guidance, community energy and a moment that is truly for you.
This is your moment to slow down, reset and step into the new season with clarity, focus and renewed energy
Please note: the session will be guided in both Dutch and English.
Below you’ll find a few practical details to help you prepare:
? What to Bring
- Swimwear (bikini or swimsuit) for the sauna session
- A extra towel
- Comfortable clothing
- Water bottle
- Anything personal you’d like to have with you during reflection moments
? Visionboard Preparation
48 hours before the event, you’re invited to share 3–6 images that represent your goals, feelings or vision for the months ahead.
You can send these via Instagram DM to @inmotion.nl.
These images will be printed and ready for you during the workshop.
?Cancellation Policy
To respect the time and preparation that goes into this curated experience:
- Up to 72 hours before the event: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 48 hours: no refund possible
If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else.
