Join me for a gentle guided meditation designed to help you reconnect with your body mind & breath. Whether you're at home at work or somewhere in between this session is your invitation to pause release tension & stress & restore a sense of inner peace

- Grounding Breathwork to arrive in the present
- Gentle Stretching to release pent up/ stagnant energy
- A beginner friendly guided meditation
