This Whale Full Moon rises in fiery Aries on 7 October inviting us to step into our courage with the strength of the ocean behind us.Aries lights the spark of bravery independence and action while the Whale reminds us of the wisdom that comes from diving deep into our emotional waters.
Together they guide us to release fears rise from the depths and embrace our truest selves with resilience and power.

3. What strength or wisdom from the depths of the ocean am I ready to call in and embody as I rise renewed?
What you will need:
Bay leaves or paper & a safe burning container.
Candle & incense to create sacred space for practice.
A glass or bottle of drinking water for practice.
Whale or ocean meditation music of choice.
What to expect:
Short talk on the current energy of this Full Moon.
Optional group check in for those who would like to share.
Letting go practice & Guided meditation.
