WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

BREATHWORK is a highly effective and powerful tool for directly accessing the subconscious mind and releasing any stored negative memories, emotions, stagnant energy, and trauma that might be trapped in the body.

These energetic blockages hinder our spiritual growth, drain our energy, give us brain fog, and affect our physical and mental well-being, which can eventually evolve from fatigue into dis-ease or illness.

Breathwork is done lying down on your back on a yoga mat in a comfortable position. Music is played for motivation and relaxation purposes in order to help release stuck emotions by tapping into the energy and emotion of those particular songs.

Justin Baker is going to guide you through this entire process using powerful motivational messages to help break up old neuropathways of the brain that are responsible for the unhealthy/unconscious habits that are no longer serving you.

Justin Baker is a Women’s Embodiment Guide , Breathwork Detox facilitator and Energy Work Practitioner.


She has a Masters in Holistic Counseling Psychology and is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of California. She has been studying human development, trauma resolution, and mindfulness for the last 10 years. She is a certified yoga teacher and accomplished artist, enjoying music, singing, dancing, and painting.


She creates a safe and supportive container for sensitive women to cultivate deeper intimacy with their body, lovers, and community. She lovingly “calls them on their shit”, helping them to listen to the truth and wisdom within their body, and reawaken their sensuality, beauty, and creativity.


She resides in Tucson, Arizona.
