Our Invitation: Before the month comes to an end, give yourself the opportunity to practice and experience antidotes to burnout by attending our Virtual Sanctuary for the Laboring Spirits of Change Makers. Our vision is to convene social justice workers across Turtle Island to facilitate experiences of care, creativity and meaning-making. Each month we will gather to disrupt the “do, do, do!” fast-pace rhythm of our work and tend to ourselves and each other.

What You Can Expect: Activities that facilitate reflection so that by the end of each session you can rest with more ease, tend to yourself with more ease, and connect with more ease.

In this 2-hour gathering, we'll create a supportive space to:

• Pause: Remember and honor a critical moment in COVID-19 vaccine equity through a screening of "Heart of Access" a short documentary film AllThrive produced in the spring of 2023.
• Reflect: Take a moment to slow down and reflect on your experience during the COVID-19 pandmic, labor contributions and impacts.
• Connect: Meet someone new, engage in a collective processing experience and exchange compassion for the ways in which we are still responding to community crisis.
