Amanda Bryant is a Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO), and Licensed Dietitian (LD) with over 16 years of experience specializing in nutrition for digestive diseases. Currently, she practices at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU), where she focuses on managing and supporting patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, including functional bowel disorders (such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome), Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD), liver disease, and pancreatic disorders.

Amanda is also a key member of the Parkinson’s-Gastroenterology Movement Disorder multi-disciplinary clinic at OHSU. In this collaborative setting, she works alongside a team of specialists, including a gastroenterologist, neurologist, and physical therapist, to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex movement disorders. She is particularly passionate about the integral role nutrition plays in managing complex gastrointestinal conditions and enhancing patient quality of life.
