Parenting a child with mental health needs requires great patience, presence, and resilience — and caring for yourself is an essential part of that journey. Our Gentle Yoga Group for Conscious Parents offers a virtual space with you in mind. The goal is simple yet powerful: to help you relax, restore your energy, and create meaningful time for self-care.
No prior yoga experience is needed, and no equipment is required

Each weekly 90-minute session includes:

- Gentle, yoga-based movements to release tension
- Stretching and somatic movement for connection and calm
- Encouragement to increased body awareness and reduce dissociation
🧠 Mindfulness practices for emotion regulation
- Breath work and grounding techniques
- Sensory awareness to calm the nervous system
- Trauma-informed meditation practices

- Optional group discussions at the end of each session to facilitate connection
- Self-compassion, reflection, and peer sharing
