There is no better time than now to incorporate movement into your daily routine. This class is all about those short sharp bursts of exercises, those heart rates will be climbing in no time!

This class is suitable for all fitness levels. All you need is a spot on the floor!

In preparation for your Virtual Wellbeing Session:

Set up a comfortable space, without distraction, that will support you in being present throughout the session.
To make yourself as comfortable as possible, we recommend a cushion and blanket.
Make sure your device (smartphone/tablet/laptop or computer) is connected to a strong internet or mobile service.
