Join us for a nourishing evening of connecting with the heart. We will honor the life force energy within through a ceremony with a sacred elixir, sound, and herbal medicine.
Heart Elixir & Sound Medicine
Guided by Natalin Yilmaz, we will receive a Heart Elixir, a medicine that dates back to the medieval time. It was originally created by Hildegard von Bingen, an abbess, mystic, writer, poet, composer, and herbalist.
The elixir strengthens and balances the heart, offering healing and support whenever it is needed.
Throughout the evening, we’ll be held in various healing sounds and vibrations from:

✨ Voice
✨ Plant aromas to soothe the heart
