The Feeding Your Demons (FYD) method employs principles of the Tibetan Buddhist practice Chöd, as originally articulated by the eleventh-century female Tibetan teacher, Machig Labdrön. FYD is a five-step process that guides the practitioner to transform their demons into protective allies through a sequence of illuminating questions and visualizations.

Retreat Language:
The teachings will be in English to accommodate our diverse international community. Participants can choose to perform the exercises in either Swedish or English.

Location:
The retreat will take place at Ateljé Light Hub on the Ytterjärna campus, located 5 km from the town of Järna and 55 km from Stockholm’s city center. The retreat space overlooks the fjord at the edge of the nature park and forest, including access to the Ekoleden walking trail and nearby biodynamic farms. Participants will be able to enjoy the Swedish spring and spend time in nature during their time on retreat. You will have the possibility to buy

Economy:
The workshop is from Friday to Sunday, and the early bird special price is: 2000SEK. Excluding food and accommodation.
Friday evening only fee: 350 SEK
If you'd like to learn more about the method without doing the entire course, you can join the introduction on Friday evening.

Refund and cancellation policy:
If you cancel before April 1, 2025 the fee is refundable excluding a reservation of 500 SEK which can not be refunded. If you cancel after April 1, 2025 there is no refund possible.
