Join us for the Virgo Full Moon Lunar Eclipse Sound Healing, Mediation and Release Ceremeony at Your Strength Gym!
This is a fated Full Moon Moon Eclipse that will be highlighting the healing of our mind, body and spirit. With Saturn conjunct the Sun and the North and South Node connected to the Eclipse, there is no greater time to resolve to your personal wholeness, deep compassion and commitment to your soul's journey.

Come experience the power of Crystal singing bowls, Chimes, Gongs, and other healing instruments to surround you with the healing frequencies of sound and vibration. You will be guided into a meditative state so that you can deeply rest and reset your nervous system in a safe and peaceful environment.
Sound can transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace so that you can access the hypnagogic state. This state is the transitional stage between being awake and asleep, where your extrasensory perception can be enhanced and you can deeply listen to your intuition, connect to your Highest Self, release stress, balance your energy, and awaken your mind, body and spirit.
No experience necessary- all are welcome! Come as you are and if you can, with an open mind and a willingness to explore the transformative power of sound.
📍If you can, please bring a yoga mat and two cozy blankets. Some will be provided at the space.
