The Heat is the largest functional fitness partner competition in Central Virginia. This year’s event will be a night competition, running 4:30 PM–11:00PM, under the lights.

Prize Pool: $5,000*
Cash prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers.
Teams: 2-person teams
Divisions: RX and Scaled
• M/F, M/M, F/F
• 16 teams per division (divisions will fill)
