Join us at Vault & Cellar for a one-night-only dinner celebrating the Virginia Spirits 250: Birthplace of American Spirits collection. An experience rooted in history, craftsmanship, and seriously good flavor.
Long before bourbon became what it is today, American spirits began right here in Virginia. This dinner is our way of honoring that legacy, through thoughtful pairings, bold dishes, and a few surprises along the way.
The evening will feature a 3-course menu from our Chef Kari, each course paired with a featured spirit from the collection. We’ll be showcasing a whiskey, a gin, and a rum, highlighting the range and depth of Virginia’s distilling tradition.
Expect a dining experience that’s a little elevated, a little unexpected, and designed to be savored from start to finish. Along the way, you’ll also enjoy a few additional bites and pours we’re keeping under wraps...for now.
