Hello Mustang Families,We're excited to invite you to VIP Friends & Family Day at Monroe Elementary, sponsored by the PTA! The event will take place on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
Each student may invite up to two special adults to join them for a fun craft and treat.
Event Details:
Location: School Cafeteria
Arrival: Guests will enter through the front doors and find a seat at a cafeteria table.
Timing: Students will come to meet you at your scheduled time (see grade-level schedule below).
Departure: After the activity, guests will exit through Door 3, and students will return to class.
Grade-Level Schedule:
1st Grade: 8:45 - 9:30 AM
Kindergarten: 9:45 - 10:30 AM
4th Grade : 10:45 - 11:30 AM
2nd Grade: 12:15 - 1:00 PM
5th Grade: 1:15 - 2:00 PM
3rd Grade: 2:15 - 3:00 PM
We look forward to sharing this special time with our Monroe families!
An RSVP form will be sent home with students-please return it to your child's teacher by Thursday, November 14th, so we can prepare for a wonderful event.
