About this Event
Your work is exceptional. Your online presence should say so.
You have built a reputation on referrals, results, and relationships. Your clients trust you. Your peers respect you. And yet your social media does not come close to reflecting the calibre of what you actually do.
That gap is costing you.
The clients you want — the ones who are already successful, already discerning, already looking for someone at your level — are making decisions based on what they find online before they ever pick up the phone. If your content does not position you as the authority you are, you are invisible to the people who need you most.
VIP Content Creation Day is a private, full-day experience in Port Coquitlam for 12 high-calibre women professionals. Realtors, mortgage brokers, financial planners, coaches, and service providers who are ready to close the gap between the professional they are and the presence they have online.
You walk in with your phone. You walk out with three months of on-brand content filmed by you, a full brand image gallery, a content strategy built around your ideal client, and the framework to turn your channels into a consistent client acquisition tool.
✦ FFC Member Exclusive: $797 Founders Rate (save $200) · Standard rate $997 · Registration closes May 20.
BEFORE THE DAY
This is not a show-up-and-see-what-happens experience. Before you arrive, Ready to Launch Consulting conducts a personal digital audit of your current social presence — a strategic review of what is working, what is not, and where your biggest opportunity lies. You receive a custom shot list built around your business, your ideal client, and your goals, along with a 30-minute strategy call to align everything before the day begins.
The Marketing Club builds your 3-month content calendar in advance. You also receive suggested in-room collaborations matched to your industry — because in a room of 12 high-calibre professionals, who you film with matters as much as what you film.
You arrive with a plan. Your cohort arrives with one too.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY
Doors open at 8:45 AM. The day runs 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Fremont Village, Port Coquitlam.
9:00 AM — Welcome, Digital Audit Review, and Collaboration Onboarding Meghan Simington opens the day with a review of your audit results, your shot list, and your in-room collaboration matches. You know exactly what you are filming, who you are filming for, and who you are filming with before you pick up your phone.
9:45 AM — Technical Training: How to Film Professionally with Your Phone Lighting, framing, audio, and on-camera presence. This is not beginner content. This is the craft of making a phone look like a production — and the on-camera techniques that communicate authority, trust, and expertise from the first second. Drupti Glowinkowski begins individual camera-ready sessions, including her personal tips for how to translate your in-person presence onto a screen.
11:00 AM — Filming Block 1 Six production-ready stations with ring lights, microphones, tripods, backdrops, and props. On-site content prompts at every station so you stay in your zone of expertise and never have to think about what to say. Anita Alberto begins individual brand photography sessions across multiple locations throughout the venue.
12:00 PM — Lunch Light snacks, coffee, and tea included all day. Optional lunch at the adjacent restaurant. Unstructured time with your cohort — this is where the referral relationships start.
1:00 PM — Content Strategy Session Jennifer Kolbuc and Brittany Hardy from The Marketing Club work with you live on your 3-month content plan. Built around your ideal client, your market position, and your revenue goals — not a template. A strategy.
2:00 PM — Filming Block 2 Back to the stations. Anita Alberto continues individual brand shoots across multiple locations. Coaching and creative direction on the floor throughout.
3:00 PM — Click-to-Close: Turning Content into a Client Pipeline Meghan Simington walks you through how to layer your social media presence so your content works as a consistent business development tool. This is the framework that moves someone from discovering you online to becoming a client — built specifically for professionals whose work speaks for itself but whose content has not been saying it loudly enough.
3:45 PM — Next Steps and Celebration Wrap, celebrate, and confirm your post-event group support call. You leave with everything done and a clear plan for what comes next.

THE ROOM
This is a private cohort of 12. Not 50. Not 100. Twelve women who are at a similar stage professionally, who are investing in their presence seriously, and who will become each other's collaborators, referral partners, and amplifiers long after the day ends.
In-room collaborations are matched in advance. The content you create together is cross-amplified across every professional network in the room. The connections you make here are the ones that show up in your business for years.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This day is built for established women professionals — realtors, mortgage brokers, financial planners, coaches, consultants, and service providers — who:
- Have a strong professional reputation that their online presence does not currently reflect
- Know they should be creating content consistently and have not found a way to make it happen
- Want a content strategy built around their ideal client and their market position — not a generic template
- Are ready to invest in a full brand refresh — content, photography, and strategy — in a single day
- Want to be in a room of high-calibre women who take their businesses and their brands seriously
This day is not for someone looking for someone else to create their content. This is hands-on. You film it. We build the system around it. You own it completely.
