Back for its fifth installment, Vinyl Sessions invites a new guest chef each month to collaborate with our culinary team for an intimate, one-night-only experience in our private dining room. Each dinner is a rare opportunity to connect over food, storytelling, and the flavors that define the season.
This month, we’re proud to welcome Chef Robert Butts, Executive Chef and co-owner of Auburn Angel, founding member of The New South Dinner Collective, and one of Atlanta’s most dynamic culinary voices.
A veteran of kitchens like Twisted Soul, 4th & Swift, and Saltyard, Chef Butts brings together Southern ingredients and French techniques, honed during his time cooking in the south of France. At Auburn Angel, his menus highlight Georgia farms and local purveyors, pairing seasonal flavors with bold creativity.
His curated five-course menu will be announced soon. Expect seasonal dishes rooted in Southern tradition, inventive French technique, and an evening of conversation, music, and culinary magic in The Vinyl Room.
