About this Event
Back for its seventh installment, Vinyl Sessions invites a new guest chef each month to collaborate with our culinary team for an intimate, one-night-only experience in our private dining room. Each dinner is a rare opportunity to connect over food, storytelling, and the flavors that define the season. We’re excited to bring this monthly chef pop-up experience into the new year with a chef whose work is deeply rooted in heritage and memory.
This month, we’re proud to welcome Chef Bella Jones, a chef and food historian dedicated to preserving and reimagining African American culinary traditions. Raised in Chicago on her Mississippi grandmother’s Black Southern cooking, Chef Jones approaches food as history, resistance, and care. Her work draws from the Lowcountry, the Mississippi Delta, and Great Migration kitchens, while also reclaiming her Afro-Puerto Rican heritage as part of her evolving culinary voice.
Her curated five-course menu will be announced soon. Expect deeply rooted Southern flavors, thoughtful storytelling, and an evening centered on community and culinary reverence inside The Vinyl Room.
