About this Event
Back for its eighth installment, Vinyl Sessions invites a new guest chef each month to collaborate with our culinary team for an intimate, one-night-only experience in our private dining room. This February, we’re proud to present a special Black History Month edition, paying tribute to the legacy of Black culinary excellence in Georgia and the history that continues to shape the culture we bring to the plate.
This month, we’re honored to welcome Chef Carlos Granderson, Chef de Cuisine at the award-winning Southern National in Atlanta. Carlos has focused his career on fine dining, working at highly-respected establishments such as The Noble South and The Hope Farm in Fairhope, AL. He joined Southern National and was part of the opening team that was recognized by the New York Times, Esquire magazine and The James Beard Foundation, which names the restaurant a finalist for the coveted award.
His curated five-course menu will be announced soon. Expect refined Southern technique, thoughtful storytelling, and a celebratory evening honoring Black culinary legacy, community, and excellence inside The Vinyl Room.
Only 24 seats available at each dinner.
